The dark reddish-brown organ, shaped like a cone, situated in between chest and abdomen is called liver. It’s a valuable organ of human body, weights near about 1.2kg. 4. Regular consume of some medication can cause liver dysfunction and damage. Consult your doctor if you are regularly consuming medication like acetaminophen.

5. Regular exercise minimizes the risk of liver disease.

6. Environment free from chemicals and radicals is good for your liver.

Thousands of liver dysfunction, failure deaths are seen in India. And many get rebirths through liver transplantation.

The process through which a healthy liver of a donor (who donates the liver) is replaced in the receipting body is called liver transplantation. It’s a critical surgical process.

Around 25 centers are performing liver transplantation, but 3to5 centers are highly recognized and praised having a large number of successful transplantation’s. Now India has turned into a hub of liver transplantation having many world famous liver transplant specialists. All Asian countries eye on India for a successful plantation and fly. And cost of liver transplant in India is very low compared to west and other Asian countries.
